Ideas bloom only if we grow them.
Intro
Hello, my name is Evan. I’m a freelance Creative Director/Writer based in the USA.
Below are my basic principles:
Creativity thrives best in a judgment-free environment.
Only after allowing things to sprout do we then begin weeding.
The more naturally the idea extends into any and every form of conceivable media, the better the idea.
The more intrinsic talk value the idea possesses, the better the idea.
Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising available.
We live in an attention-based economy as much as a monetary one.
Attention must be earned, and ideally, sustained.
Every single point of contact a person has with your company is a chance to improve your reputation.
Advertising = reputation management.
Consistency is key.
Mind your medium, but craft your message.
KISS: Keep It Stupid Simple.

Experience
I’ve worked full-time at both VML and Fitzco in Atlanta, GA; as well as at Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles, CA.
Before that, I worked freelance at Leo Burnett in Chicago, IL; Crispin Porter Bogusky in Boulder, CO; and We Are Alexander in St. Louis, MO.
I also interned at BBDO in New York, NY and at New Honor Society in St. Louis, MO.
What does all that mean for you?
It means I bring a decade’s worth of expertise, honed across brands and agencies of every size, to every single assignment, collaboration, project, or business problem that comes my way.
